Typically what happens is after the newly appointed contractor or re-ward has bedded in then the monitoring falls by the wayside as people are generally too busy. We offer a number of options from full on-site reviews, monthly financial analysis or simple desk top exercises linked with on-line review meetings - a budget to suit pockets.

The formal monitoring ensures the contractor complies with their tender submission. Especially useful for re-negotiating future operating budgets, audits on service delivery and having the additionally resource without committing lots of time to managing the contractor - we do that for you!

OK you might think this is the same as 'managing catering & cleaning tenders' as described above - yes it is similar with the exception that these Requests for Proposal / Tenders are of the super scale variety when Clients are looking for main operators of venues / stadia / multi building that will then engage the likes of the caterers, cleaners, FM companies, security etc. ASKJAK will gather as much information as possible to write the RFP to go to market and manage the process with you. Sometimes we work alongside a Clients procurement team and others alone. This all depends on the depth of knowledge from within the Client team.
